Great Blue Hookwing (Napeocies Jacunda)

This Butterfly is named for the ends/tips of the wings resembling a “hook”. It can be seen with it’s wings folded resembling/mimicking a dead leaf. During the warmer points of the day this true blue winged beauty can be seen soaking up the warmth from the sun with it’s wings open. Sure to have you hooked and, welcome you with wings wide open!
